for those that had all the problems with Pal crashing when closing rooms, the latest build of 9.2 (227 i think) fixed it for me atleast. I know i was just about ready to throw this fucking laptop out the window. Vista SUCKS.

The only problem I have with Vista on my fancy laptop is that I can't use splitcam to stream porn!

:(

I know many hate it, but I really do like Vista IMO, I like the glossier interface, (which is much more user friendly, although Windows can still be a pain in the ass, and I love the desktop widgets.

And, as to the topic of Paltalk, I have thus far as long as I've had it on my Vista laptop have never had problems with it crashing, aside from when I was running WAY too many programs at once.

Have you tried Manycam?

It's free (like splitcam) and seems to have some pretty good features.

I don't know if it will work on Vista or not. I haven't made the jump to Vista yet. I hear too many horror stories about driver issues and such. I think I'll wait awhile.

I've had problems even streaming audio with Vista. Granted, I'm a fucking computer moron, but people have tried to talk me through it, but it doesn't look to be available to me.
