totally, but i don't think "you know who" ever had a direct issue with the bawdies, besides their relationship with the boys, so they may make it through the actual merger. if they get extended or not is another question

I think they have to survive the merger.
The three top long format radio shows are Stern, O&A, and R&F. Everyone else is a very distant fourth in their key demographics nationwide. But, if they do let them go, I will give up satellite. Just need to find an FM radio like the inno.
I loved R&F back on CBS. They should show some real guts and go out on their own. Together they already do eight hours a day. Fill the rest with repeats and best ofs. Get your own sponsorship and then you won't have to deal with corporate lawyers anymore.
I think Sirius's concern is only how to keep O&A from stealing Stern's fans. But, without reliable ratings that probably won't matter for now.
