I hope I am not reposting...

Did anyone else hear the "N" word?

I made a mental note that turns out to be good for shit...

Wait a minute, it's coming back...

I want to say it was right after they got of the phone with Kevin Smith (someone anyway), and just before they went into fucking with Stalker Patty, making her think she took some pot. ;)

Somebody said it, and I heard, I think Opie, kind of trying to shush them without being obvious about it.

Anyone else catch this?

do you think the FCC listens as closely as I do?

And as a side question, if I had written out the word for the pupose of this thread, would have got in trouble? Saying "'N' word" is kind of gay.

I think the bulk of the FCC's issues are started by listeners who report them, then someone finds the audio and then the FCC will check it out. There are people out there every day who listen to O&A for the sole purpose of catching them doing something wrong and reporting it. With that said there is no FCC here, so nigger away.

Well the only problem with spelling the word out is it'll show on search engines when the supremacist's on both sides go-a-googlin'

Plus, I thought they buried it...so therefore search engine should not recognize, right? :confused:

Should say "Did you meant to search for Nigeria" or something like that :mad:

When Kevin got off the phone, Ant got distracted in the middle of talking about Kevin's poker games and stopped mid-sentence. Rogan started to say something that sort of sounded like "nigger" was in there, but Op shooshed him before you could even get any context from Joe because he didn't want him saying anything about whatever he was writing down (presumably the prank they wanted to pull on Patti).

I could be wrong but I don't think "Nigger" is an FCC violation. The company has banned the use (in some contexts), not the FCC, to avoid issues with special intrest groups.
