I used to want him off the show, but this past extended weekend has shown his value. On the Thankgsiving show, after Ron's heartfelt monologue, along with Silera and Alkey's tearful speeches, Earl's idiotic babbling brought the show back to the funny. Then Friday I was listening to the "if you could go back in time" replay, and Earl's desire to go back to save Jesus was classic radio. Ron: "You want to stop Christianity!?!?"

I used to think Earls ineptness was just a bit, but it has gone on way too long and seems way too real now. He makes a great person for Ron to get irate with, and it seems everyone else is doing their jobs which covers up for Earl. So I say keep him.

Can't get rid of Earl. Most of this stuff is part of the bit. A lot of it actual stuff. We all don't know what goes on behind the scenes. But for the most part it's entertainment. Ron yells and Earl cowers. Been that way for two years. Off air they're best of friends.
