Sugar Mom's in Old City.

cheap drinks. it's big. they have waffle fries. pinball!!! pool table, bubble hockey table...

and NO FUCKING G'n'R in the jukebox. actual good music!


no rufee frat bar please. if i hear Metallica or Bon Jovi, i'm out.

i like finnagins cuz i have alot of luck there, when i can hear myself think, and in between waiting 15 mins for a beer


and another downside to cavinaughs is they're so busy, alot of times the beer doesn't have enough time to get fully cold behind the bar and you get warm beer. i was just sayin there's alot of ass there

Was that the joint we went to after Camden last year? That bar looked promising.

HELL NO to both of these. I really hope this is not the best Philly has to offer in way of bars.

they're my favorites cuz they're close to me, and it depends what you're looking for. i like party atmosphere bars with loud music and dancin and shit. im sure that's probly not what most of you are into though.

drinkers downtown is pretty popular too and thats a little more laid back

Yeah if I was 21 year old frat boy with a popped collar, I am sure I would have loved both of these places. Instead I was disgusted by the skanks and wanted to punch most of the guys.

In my experience in hanging out with this crew, it really makes no difference where it is because this group will isolate and make their own party. So, find a place that has cheap drinks and good service.

Drinkers is laid back? I haven't experienced it that way, and I don't feel like hanging out with the 18-20 yr olds, but at least it was easy for you to spell.

Both Drinker's suck now. Bunch of douche bags that only play the same 3 albums on the jukebox.

compared to what i'm used to it is. i'm starting to think i have a completely different taste in bars then everyone else on this board.

so im down for whatever, i'll stop suggesting things
