i just saw this on orbicast. I never heard of it. It looks really cool.

im downloadin it now/ok so i take it i'd need a sirius subscription too to get both right?

Yes.
I do, but I couldn't recall my login since I rarely listen online. But I finally got it.
It's a pretty cool program, but it takes a little time to get used to it. You can set up to 20 presets, and they can be from either service if you're subscribed to both. I have 8 from XM, and 12 from Sirius. They all show up on the side of the player, and you get to preview what's currently playing by scrolling over the preset. If you want to buy a song, you can have it set to either Amazon or Itunes. Hitting a button replaces the presets with lyrics.

i downloaded the fuckin thing and it won't install all the way. it keeps freezin up halfway through. fuck it. i hate computers, i'll stick with the xm one. its easy.

That's weird - it took a little bit of time for it to install but after I walked away to eat it was running fine.
