I am on a continent with a 'war a week' attitude, which I have managed to stay away from for the most part.
I have merged my intelligence agency with a neighbours to cut costs.
My main export is booze.
I also export ATVs for military purposes.
And River Warfare Boats.
My Military receives all items through the Gizmonic Institute.
The Soviet Union annexed a country next to me.
While I am on good terms with the USSR, I am part of a Commonwealth whose leader isn't so much.

My apologies; the URL misled me, and like I said, didn't read the RPs. Personally, based on that info, I'd still say it can't hurt to strengthen your ground forces. It will of course freak out your neighbor, but you know that.
