And finally will the Tigers ever make it back to the World Series?

The Lions are the only Detroit team that hasn't been in the playoffs in recent years.... So YES, I am admitting that I am a BIG fan.

How many cities have had all but one of their major sports teams in the playoffs?

I love me some Lions football no matter what happens. I hope they aren't in the early stages of a tailspin into another top 10 draft pick. Granted their lack of success has made the 1st few hours of the draft entertaining but I would love to see them make the play-offs again.

Huge wings fan and have a feeling about the lions this year. See what happens tomorrow against Favre, and get Johnson more involved. Detroit had an oppurtunity a couple years ago for three championships with the tigers, wings and pistons all in the playoffs. Wish the wings would of picked up Roenick.

The Detroit Tigers are loading up for another run at the World Series, this time with Miguel Cabrera and Dontrelle Willis.

Detroit reached a preliminary agreement Tuesday to acquire Cabrera and Willis from the Florida Marlins for a package of six players, an unexpected blockbuster trade that developed quickly at the winter meetings.

"I'm glad we're in the other division," Red Sox manager Terry Francona said. "That lineup just got scary."
