I just have a question about the amount of effort the boy's put into the XM show. It seem's they are only worried about the CBS side. I mean Patrice lays down on todays show and Anthony falls asleep on another. Now, as my title stated , Dont get me wrong! I have been a fan since WNEW when Rick and Spaz were doing the show so I am here till the end. I just want to see what you guy's thought of this. .....The Linger Longerer!

I think the XM show has been very good as of late. They have gone well past 11 and given us some great radio (darian o'toole stuff, mocking smitty and loper, danny and Po fight). I'm sure some days are different than others, but the good days out weigh the bad in my opinion.

XM is more of a relaxed hang out, while the CBS show is the "real" job. Over at XM, there is probably alot less pressure to watch what you say, or get ratings for the company. IMO.

If you had to deal with as much shit as they have to on the CBS side, you'd be a bit cloudy-minded as well.
I applaud the boys for giving us this good of radio through all this shit.

I usually only get to listen to the XM side in the mornings and then the CBS side in the afternoons. I have really been liking the XM side a lot more lately. Maybe it's because they can curse. I don't know.

I barely listen to the CBS side live.. but I always make sure to listen to the XM part!
The CBS part seems a bit too morning zoo-ish to me..

I have hated the boys being at CBS. I will be glad when the contracts are over and they are back at XM the whole 5 hours.

Right on both counts.

I completely disagree with you dude. The Rogan interview and Stalker Patti gets high bit , Po/Danny fight, Slash interview were all on the XM side and excellent radio. I still see it as two shows. The limitations definately suck on the CBS side, but they've also given us hilarious radio including - Slaughterhouse, Sositch, and Vos' stupidity / 5th grader quiz.

I love the XM side of the show but I think both the CBS and XM shows have been really good lately.......almost a perfect show today until that Bunt Anti or Anni or whatever the hell her stupid name was.

I'm not sure how you can discount the CBS side. The workarounds and alternatives to vulgar comedy are a tribute to how talented these guys really are. I think the XM side is balanced nicely by the terrestrial side.

I think they do a good show on CBS considered they are confined to having their balls in the blades of a scissors, management holding them and lawyers holding their legs open...I'm not one for metaphors

I think both shows are great in their own ways. xm relaxed and disgusting and awesome while cbs is backhanded clever and mean in the best ways. opie said it best "its 2 completely different radio shows".
my names will-e-yummm and I like......

IMHO both sides are great, but the XM side is better.

Some days are better than others, but isn't it that way in life as well? I mean some days are just more interesting than others. No matter what is going on I feel like I'm part of the conversation, although it's mostly just in my mind since there isn't anyone around me in my pathatic job I can talk to.

if you ask me they care more about cbs side of the show then the xm part. they hardly give two hours to the xm side of the show.if ya ask me i think they should give 3 hours to cbs and 3 hours to xm.

The thing is none of those "bits" required any effort or show prep on OnA's part. Just show up and let others do the heavy lifting, still made for great radio though.
The real thing that annoys me about the XM side of the show is the 20 minute "worst of" before the show starts. Why not end the CBS show at 8:45 and start the XM show at 9:05.

The time it takes to walk to XM is an excellent point. I am a big fan of broadcasting the walkover. I know it is cold, but they walk everyday and it wouldn't hurt to play it, you never know what might happen. Just hearing them insult passers by on the street is funny to me b/c I do it all the time. I think they have repaid for it though by going well over the 11am "end time" on a regular basis.

Funny I tend to like the CBS side more than XM. I guess I think they have more interesting discussions on CBS.

I agree, they have been going up to 12 much more lately. They are getting back on their game. I was one of the biggest critics for a while there. Starting to really enjoy it again.
